Wrong. But you're on the right track!

The Cursed Mace makes you die slowly. Also, Melus Petilius can die as
soon as the quest is started, so you don't have a moment to spare, so
to speak.

Alternatively, the Sanguine Rose can, indirectly, make an enemy die
slowly because of its effect. And there's also no moment to spare if
you already completed the Ahdarji's Heirloom quest before starting
Sanguine's quest.

That's wrong. You shouldn't take the die slowly part too seriously. Focus more on the without a moment to spare part.

Okay, Argonanaza, you need to start giving 'big' clues out now. You have like 20 posts saying Wrong, and that is not good.

Thanks to my might, you are toast.
Line 1: This item is made of two things, yet at the same time it is better than both components.
Line 2: Oxymoronic. When utmost haste is required, the item takes a long time to do its job.
Line 3: Powerful. Spells death for the target / Inflicts fire damage.

The Blackwood Ring of Silence fits Lines 2 and 3. When the player equips the ring, they suffer 150 pts of damage per second. This means that for higher leveled players, it could take 3 or 4 seconds to die. It inflicts fire damage.

THE RAVEN IS RIGHT, IT'S NERVESHATTER!

I'm heads and tails, better than both - It's made from both amber and madness ore, and is stronger than any of the amber/madness weapons.
With not a moment to spare, I make you die slowly - The weakness to shock effect is set at 0 seconds, which make you die slow-er than if it was fset at 1.
Thanks to my might, you are toast - It's one of the most powerful weapons in game, and shock damage.

My next one won't be that hard, I promise!

I do hope this isn't too easy...

Rats, and sheep, and cats, oh my!
Name someone better than you? 'Tis I!
And if I die before I wake,
To the foxhole I'll escape!
To see me here, or see me there,
Soon I won't be anywhere!
Want straight answers? I'll keep you guessing.
Visit Skingrad to get Father's blessing.

It made me think of so many things.
Sheogorath's quest, Lazare Milvan/Sheogorath, Arkved, Blackwater Brigade, Maiq, J'skar, Maiq, Julianos.

But really i have no idea -_-

Sheogorath and Grey Fox already guessed. =x

The last line is the one that's most troubling. I'm going through all of Skingrad's males to try to figure out who father could be. The patron of Skingrad's temple is Julianos, which wouldn't be "father." I get the impression the answer to this riddle might not be completely straightforward. I'm not well-steeped in all the book contents -- is there something there?
