Grappling hooks and other fun stuff

When thinking about the skyrin terrain, rough and mountionus, wouldnt it be awesome if we had a new way of traveling?
Traveling by grappling hooks: You throw it up onto something sturdy on a low cliff and climb up. I think it would add some fun to the theives guild and roleplay.

Also: what if we had catipults? maybe if there was a huge war, we get to shoot rocks at the enemy!
