Don't worry, we'll figure it out! Rather than looking for handouts, let's think about what we do know...all the answers that were people, the ring of burden, and reflect spell were flat out wrong. The Daedric Siege Crawler was wrong, but "kind of warmer." A sword, generically speaking, was wrong but warm...the arrow of embers less so. D-Fang was the closest answer yet, but still wrong. The only thing in this progression that I'm left to wonder is if "a sword" is the wrong answer Argo mentioned, or if he's simply telling us that no sword at all is the correct answer. He certainly didn't want to answer when the oblique "um, it's some sword" response came up, so I can't help but think that maybe it is a sword. At the very least, it's probably a weapon. Clearly not a person.

We were also told to focus on the second line after the Reflect Spell guess. Unfortunately, this is the line that leaves me most confused. The object in question is in a rush to...kill us slowly. Looking at the list of unique weapons, one thing did pique my interest though: Hatreds Soul. It has an effect of "Drain Speed." Perhaps dying slowly isn't a matter of losing your health slowly, but rather simply being slow as you die. Could also be intelligence if we want to talk about being mentally slow.

I'm going to guess Hatreds Soul + Hatreds Soul Arrows. Arrows have both a head and a tail. The Drain Speed makes you die slowly. It's the strongest weapon in the game (with the two combined,) and it does fire damage to make you toast. Only thing I can't explain is the "with not a moment to spare."


Fun fact: I never knew this weapon existed until I saw it on the wiki today.

Well, sorry, I've never visited "Oblivion World 2" to my knowledge. Not that I have any idea which one is #2 or anything. I just don't run Oblivion gates all that often. I don't like them. Besides, all the "most powerful" weapon discussions I had ever seen were always comparing swords. I've never heard anything about some uber-powerful BOW. I'm sure I've looked over the melee weapons listed numerous times for riddles and stuff, but bows? Nope.

Besides, I tend to stay away from weapons with enchantments. It just means I have to recharge them, which I can't stand doing. I don't like soul gems, and I don't like the recharge mechanics in Oblivion. I usually just stick to weapons that have good base damage, like the Honorblade of Chorrol.

Argonanza, you might want to give out some helpful hints so people can guess your trivia question a little easier. I'm not sure how you lot generally play it here, but in the Morrowind section we tend to give hints after the first 5 guesses to avoid the whole spam attack. Writing 'colder' after every response is a bit like post grinding even if it isn't intentional, which I don't think it is.

Still I think you should give a good clue to get this going somewhere.

I want to say the Mace of Molag Bal, because of the incorrect durations on its enchantment in unmodded Oblivion being zero seconds, hence "not a moment to spare."
