Still, KOTOR 2 was made by Obsidian, rather than Bioware. And KOTOR 2 was not good..

Obsidian is a bunch of modders put together to form a *ahem* company to make games. I don't think they really know how to make a game other than the technical side of it. To me, they missed the mark completely with New Vegas.
