Re: The Elder Scrolls V Discussion
Bethesda are usually pretty 'good' on their lore. It's kind of annoying that there's only usually one ending that you have to follow. It's probably a little late to start thinking about personal lore eg. save-file imports a la Mass Effect and your own created universe.

Iiii think it's the dissapearance of the Dragon Fires. Some evil dragon is mad about it, it seems.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V Discussion
I think the dragonfires might have been the only thing sealing dragons off from the rest of the world.

That's the barriers of Oblivion.
And i doubt the Oblivion gates will have much of an impact, i mean, they were just mentioned. The dragons were probably awakened by another force.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V Discussion
The Dragon Fires were, like, magical. Maybe they sealed of the dragons as well.
Or maybe there was some sort of pact that was broken as the last member of the royal family vanishes from this world.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V Discussion
Should this thread still be around? Seeing as this thread is basically a reiteration of the forum it is now in, we can just create separate topics here.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V Discussion
What topics is there to create? Everything is still just speculations. Other than it will be in Skyrim, involving dragons.

Then make topics about Skyrim involving dragons. The only thing this forum is for now is speculation.Argonanza wrote:What topics is there to create? Everything is still just speculations. Other than it will be in Skyrim, involving dragons.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V Discussion
I agree with Nick Kessy - maybe we could have new topics for Lore discussion, speculation about the engine, gameplay, characters. It all gets a bit lost in this thread.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V Discussion
Hmmm... alright. I'll lock this thread for now, you guys create new threads for different topics about Skyrim.
Go on, scoot.
