How am I going to be able to get the Construction Set now?

Does anyone know if the Construction Set along with Arena and Daggerfall will be available on the Elder Scrolls website again. With Skyrim being announced there isn't anything on the site about them. I have to redownload them after my computer was having problems. Will Bethesda return the site back to how it was before or are those downloads gone forever? I need all of them.

I'm not sure if it's allowed, but if you like, I'll post the latest CS to a file sharing site. And as for Arena and Daggerfall, there's a version of both that are .exe installs at the following:

Wow, the page disappeared in the past 2 days since I dowloaded it!

Anyway, the page is still cached by google, and the link to the install is actually on another server, which hasn't been taken down yet.

Cool, actually I found all of them on File Planet also. Maybe Bethesda will change the site back to how it was before after a week or so.

It is open source, and nowhere through the read me could I find distribution rights.
I haven't looked tbh.

And if Bethesda still have it up, it's not illegal? Because it's there, and they haven't removed or protected it.

Bethesda are giving them out completely free anyway. Even if they were illegal (which I doubt they are) I don't see anything immoral about it.

Not to mention both games are actually free themselves now.

Still, if the site doesn't change back to how it was, I'd say change the topic title and sticky it in the Arena and Daggerfall section.

It was more to do with 'acquiring' it elsewhere. I wasn't sure if that was actually legal or not, but according to others it seems it is. I even said in my last comment that I wasn't going to lock it so what's the concern? just continue you with your thread and I apologise for the intrusion.
