I killed a guard in Skingrad.
As his sword was falling, it fell on the ground vertically, and never stopped spinning or fell down.

When a guard is chasing you, shoot an arrow through his head. when he comes to talk to you, the arrow can still be in his eye!!!

When I killed Maglir near the end of the Fighters Guild quest line, the exact same thing happened.

Today, outside Roxey Inn, I saw a Imperial Guard horse standing on the road, with no rider. I went down the road to kill the highwayman lurking there, and went back. The horse was still alone, so I figured the rider was dead. I cast a charm spell on it, and the rider came storming out of some nearby bushes, jumped on the horse, and rode way.

I found a horse alone in the middle of a road. There wasnt any horseman, but the horse was still marked with a red icon!

Once I found the dead body of a woman of a castle (i dont remember wich castle) in a road, on the body was a spriggan.

There was another time, but this happens every time though. . .I was sitting in front of Shadowmere on a bench right next to the Weye house, and then i tried getting onto to Shadowmere straight from my sitting position. Didn't end well. Couldn't see anything but the backround landscapes in the distance. My friend told me something had happened that forced me under the ground.

My wood elf was doing the Dagon Shrine quest I killed all the mythic dawn in the shrine area. I freed Jeelius then used rally and calming spells on him I could talk to him and he would fight.

Try this:
Hit a guard in Chorrol, and resist arrest.
Run around town until youv'e got a lot of guards following you, and run into the Oak and Crosier. Run up the stairs and stand in a corner so you look down at the door to the streets. When the guards come in theyl'l start shooting at you, dodge the arrows. After a while, the woodwork and walls around you will be so crammed with arrows itl'l be silly.

A VERY funny thing is using the console to set all attributes of a fighters guild porter to 1, punch him and see him trying to kill you. If you have reflect damage is more funny, he kill himself

thats happened to me quite a bit whether it was there sword or once i threw mine off cloud ruler temples side and it did that for a little once i found it

Here's one: if you kill an arena combatant, and the fans don't cheer, hit the corpse, and they will. I thought it was kind of funny that they seemed to like corpse desecration so much.

Here's a good one (If it works).
1. Punch a guard.
2. Run like hell towards some benches.
3. Sit down.

The guard won't arrest you!

This has only been tried in Chorrol, and I sat beside Reynald Jemane so maybe it was his alcoholic breath that put the guard off.

I was fighting Guards over the bridge to Skingrad, and killed one. I used the Greater Power Risen Flesh to reanimate him, then he starts to attack me instead of the other Guard! I tried it later with the Staff of Worms, on two seperate Guards but they did the same thing! They only ever attacked a Legion Soldier who was attacking me too.

One time I was in Bruma, when I heard friction voices. The voice kept stronger as I ran closer to "Hammer and Axe" shop. When I arrived there, Jorck the Outcast was stuck in the shop's shack. At first i thought there were two people having sex, because he was struggling to get out and he looked like a plasticine moving really fast, and he was stretching so he's head was beside his legs. When I pressed him I could steal whatever he had, even without sneaking.
