... when you become Arch-Mage the scholars at the Arcane University still act like they're several steps higher up the social ladder than you? As Arch-Mage you should be able to evict them for not respecting their leader. Unfortunately the only other measure (killing them) results in you being evicted too...

thats why i love the thieves guild when you are wearing the gray cowl you can break all of the guilds rules and i think all of the factions should be like that
