Today I bought myself some insect spray. I haven't been bitten by the hundreds of mosquitoes buzzing around the dig, but although I never had any ticks before, I've had two in the past week... and I don't want any more, thanks v. much!

Today I called up all my friends who I actually like. But, every single one of them was spending the day with there bird, which left me with two options. I could call up someone I'm not keen on (in other words, despise) and end up bored out my skull, or I could stay in and be bored out my skull. Guess which one I chose?

In other words we dressed up with war paint, leaves and cocunut shells. And bought one of those fake flower necklaces from the pound shop. Good times (except the rain bit).

those happened before, the monsoon moved from there.
It comes from the north to the south, that's why the monsoon happens in June-July in Mumbai, but from October-November here

Except that in letters, the persons name isn't signed in the top-left corner, sometimes it's only at the end of the letter. Also, it's traditional to do so in letters, pointless and annoying on the internet. And lastly, there's almost nobody still alive today who sends more than 10 letters a day.

I've been in France for nearly two weeks now. The weather has mostly been lovely but it's raining now, as is the rest of Western Europe. I've spent around a week in Alsace, close to the beautiful city of Strasbourg and right on the border of Germany. Right now I'm camping at Lake Anessy, where the weather has been horrible, but I'll survive.
Today, I watched the first episode of The Waltons. I rather enjoyed it to be honest.
Then I spent several minutes watching Oblivion game play videos on Youtube. It was epicness at its best. My only complaint with the game though is that people tend to go rag doll when you kill them. Not bad if you enjoy good slapstick humor, but not very realistic.

Spider Daedra and Daedroths creep me out when they rag doll . . . like, they look really demented.
Today I played Munchkin Fu. Anybody heard of the Munchkin card games?
"I see," said the blind man.
