I just went to the three biggest bookstores in Vvardenfell (Codus, Jo'basha and the one in Balmora), bought all their books and started building brick by brick (or book by book in this case)... It acctually only took me about 15 minutes and levitate potions to do it...

The only thing I'm really sorry about (besides wasted time and effort) is that I don't have the slightest clue as to how many books I've put in there... :?

Oh and the last picture is a bug... I broke the sun... It's a door to Oblivion now... Oops...
That's pretty impressive. I believe the last one is quite a common bug? I saw it too, many a time.

Gimp is good. It's definitely good. And the logic is about the same that Blender has. Why is there an Orgrim in the upper left hand corner of this picture?

The Ogrim is the bartender in The Underground bar.

Scenic Shot as I was walking from Pelagiad to Balmora. Took that with MGE and a few mods.

I'll try to find more places to screenshot as I go around. In fact, I've got quite a few of my walk from Andrano's Ancestral Tomb to Balmora. I'll go upload them.

EDIT:

Along the road to Balmora. I'm not sure which mod gave me the trees and mushrooms. I think it's a mix of Vality's trees and Vurt's trees/mushrooms. I rather liked the 'shrooms.

Nearing Moonmoth Legion Fort. I'm not sure how much I like this shot, but it's near the Legion Fort right outside Balmora.

Balmoran Outskirts. I wish MGE liked fog as much as I do, it fits so well in this spot. I just think everything looks so bland without it in this part of the world. Regardless, it's a nice enough view.

Andrano Ancestral Tomb. I decided to take a picture of the outside of the tomb for lulz. It looked pretty nice.

And here I am punching a ghost to death. This fight took a while.

A Guar.

Pelagiad. I didn't go inside for long, had to rush back to Balmora.

Bunnies! I found it interesting there were rabbits there. Not sure which mod put those in.

Man you have to find out which mod puts those shroomies in there. I love the mushroom trees in Morrowind it's like Alice in Wonderland or something.
Great pics btw keep it up.

Is it just the screenshots you haven't been able to get working (if so someone posted a short guide a few pages back in this thread) or could you not get MGE to work at all (in which case just turn to the Mod-Morrowind section and we'll do our best to help you)?

It's from Vurt's Ascadian Isles Mod. I also picked up his Solstheim Trees & Bushes retexture, Lava & Smoke Retexture (I used #4.), Ashlands Overhaul, Leafy West Gash and Morrowind Tree Textures Overhaul. They all have his name in them, so just search Vurt on PES.

I'll grab some more screenshots in a bit, after I play Morrowind some more. I'll get some Ashlands shots in here, since they look suitably gloomy.

For some reason, I love my Morrowind with segmented bodies and clunky graphics. <3

Still pretty, but it doesn't feel the same, to me :D

Me, too. :D The MGE graphics look a bit too vivid to me. I prefer my Morrowind all dim and misty.

These do look awesome, Caz, don't get me wrong. But they seem... wrong, I think. I don't know how to put it, but the look slightly.. *makes futile hand gesture at screen* I don't know what it is! But it seems off some how. But beside that, awesome pics. it reminds me why I need to get Morrowind for PC.

Nice screenshots, good mood, artistic. The problem is, photographically, they're quite empty... of course they never were meant to be photographs... silly me.

But they certainly show there can be aesthetic values in games. In the midst of all fighting, war and havoc, I'm sure we can all use some of this too - in case we have the time to stop for it, and see it. Which, of course, is a problem in real life too.

Ive loved this thread, but not yet sorted out my screenies for you. I'll rig up some space on my website, then upload... if only I can stop myself playing for long enough. (OK done - see below. Enjoy!)

I used to work as a professional photographer, and the whole idea of photographing MW is brilliant. I've had great fun trying to ensure the right angles, and composed the shots as I would a landscape with a 19mm lens.

Recently I got a new HOT computer - i7 930, 6Gb 1600Mhz ram, solid state hard disk, and an ATI 5830 graphics card. WOOHOO! I have MGE'd up to my heart's content, with animated trees & grass, high res textures everywhere, and it is just beautiful to play. I rarely drop below 30fps, even with the most intense screens, and vis out to 12-13 cells.

Reflections fantastic, Vurt's terrain awesome. MW is an absolute joy again... and I'm snapping away. :)

Enjoy.
RichK

BIG WARNING. All these images are 1.5-2.5Mb EACH.

OK - I would have posted links to my website, but this stupid machine says Im not authorised to post them. Gee thanks for making contributing so darn easy. NOT.

It's the forum, it blocks pics and links by new users to stop spambots. I'm sure a mod will give you access as soon as they see this.

Relax, it's made to make sure that you are not a spambot. Just wait for a mod to add you to confirmed users.
Also, welcome to the forums! :D

Its OK... just blowing off frustration after having manually uploaded loads of nice pics, then finding I cant put a link to them.
I'll chill soon... :)

[edit]The pics are worth waiting for tho... really nice. Im amazed at how awesome all the mods make MW now. BB, retexturing, MGE, mods, it all adds up to the most astounding look/feel.

Yeah, RichK, it's officially about being a member for x days and having ten posts... or something, like Norroen wrote. No need to worry, they're just assuring we don't get overwhelmed with bots and spam and stuff.

Looking forward to see your screenshots, I'm a pro photographer myself. My field is Architecture and Milieu, what's your's?

And welcome to the forums. In case you haven't done it, do post something in the "Welcomes and goodbyes" department. You'll be surprised with how well you'll be met!

Cheers pal, anyway. Good to have new faces around, even if one doesn't have any clue of how they look.
