IMO by far the most epic movie character is "The Roach" from Apocalyspe Now

There is only one person who I can name the most epic.

Hugo Weaving who plays V in V for Vendetta. There is not a man alive that could of pulled that off as greatly as this guy.

Agreed! That movie is amazing, and the book is amazing as well, but as far as most epic character I can't give it to any one actor... I give it to the movie Big Fish. The entire cast is simply perfect in their roles (I love Danny DeVito!) and the whole movie is just epic as far as weirdness and reality all twisted into the life of a single man. On my personal "must see" movies list *lol*
God grant me the serenity to not kill anyone today, but if it comes to that grant me the patience to wait until the opportune moment, the strength to transport the body, and the wisdom to hide it where no one will find it...

I grew up on Indiana Jones films, so I have to say he's my favorite. Witty, smart, humorous, and the son of Sean Connery. What more could you ask for in an action hero? Though Gimli trails close behind.

I'd stick to my "Best movie of all times" on Youtube and say it was a man who truly proved himself a man, not in fight but in moral and ethical capability; it would be Colonel Dax, played by Kirk Douglas in Stanley Kubrick's Paths of Glory, from good old 1957, a year before I was born - I had something to look forward to, didn't I? :)
