horses can be blessed at Wayshrines of Akatosh to make them go faster?

i think they made a area heal spell on the shrine. so all your followers will be blessed to

Thinking about it, could you make a fortify speed on touch and use it on your horse? I would have to try it.

Yeah, of course you can. I've seen a Fortify speed 100 points for 60 seconds on touch spell used on a horse that made him take off like a jet.

I even made an invisibility spell for my horse
Or was it chamelion, cant remember...
I used to play Oblivion, then I took an arrow in the knee.
