I don't know if this is a bug but if it is plz tell me. I have 101 % reflect damage, the weird thing is that I get hurt when I hit other monsters. Is it rly supposed to do that, I was like

What monster did you attack? Some like the Clanfear have a reflect damage ability themselves. As I understand it your own Reflect Damage will not stop damage that has already been reflected once.

Correct
Also, it does not relflect/prevent Magic Damage, or Arrow Damage. Another creature/NPC that you did not see, may have also been attacking you.

Dagon is not-essential! He will die and transform into mud.

He is Essential, as I have knocked him out before. When you search him you just get new Gatekeeper Gift Greater Powers.

You can search his body? I never noticed any icons, I'll have to try it. What does that power do?

It fortifies your skills. But you can just have one power at the same time.
I used to play Oblivion, then I took an arrow in the knee.
