heavy armor

The best shield I know of is Spellbreaker (high armor, 30% spell reflection), the reward from doing the quest at Peryite's shrine. You can do that at level 10. I've also found Boots of the Atronach (50% resist to cold, fire, & shock), but I can't recall where and don't know if they're random or static. All my other armor is generic enchanted with sigil stones. I started getting ebony drops at lvl 18, and daedric armor at lvl 20.

Hmm
I believe that even though strength is showed going over 100, it is actually capped there. I could be wrong.Anonymous wrote:I use all daedric armour enchanted to +10 Strength. And the Escutcheon of Chorral shield, way better than spellbreaker in my opinion. Ebony based and 25% damage reflection and plus something else that I can't remember hehe.

yeah could be the case. I can carry 825 pounds which is good for looting, but armour seems stuck at 84. Strength is at about 136 I think, which could well be being capped at 100.
Out of interest, I am currently enjoying a high level of Reflect Damage. Anyone know if you can enchant armour with it or find more reflect damage gear?
I currently have Mankor Camoran's Robe, Escutcheon of Chorrol. Ring of Namira, Ring of Retribution. It reflects about 43% damage currently

yes.Mishra wrote:Would it be possible to do a mod that gave you numerical percentages of skill instead of the skill bar? That way if you got .01 or .001 percent towards your next skill you would know it went up.
BTMod I think can put numbers on health, magicka, spell expiration markers etc, there's mod that produces numerical values at facegen part, so no reason not to make a mod displaying numerical progressbars.
Now who would do this mod is a different question. Menus are XML. XML makes me sick.
There once was a Prince named Mehrunes

They had enough of his full crescent moons.

The Gauntlets of Gluttony are a must have - despite the fact I specialise in Light Armour, I cannot resist the +15 STR raise they give, and I barely notice the Drain 30 Health. As a fighter, your health points get so high so quickly that 30 is just nothing.
But fifteen levels of strength... mmm....
EDIT: And Guest - 43% is good, but once you get to over 50, the game becomes almost too easy. I've got the Amulet of Axes (+33% Reflect Damage, +25 Blunt) the Ring of the Iron Fist (+33% Reflect Damage, +25 Hand to Hand) and sometimes I wear a Base Ring of Retribution (+8% Reflect Damage) as well. (I'm desperate for the Necklace of Swords as Blade is what I specialise in, but I'm maxed out in Blade so it probably wouldn't make any difference anyway).
I am now pretty much unkillable.
The downside of this is that the game is now way, way too easy. I could take some jewellery off, but somehow it's too tempting to leave it on.
