Oooooooh, Night Mother! The "Adoring Fan", or Timmy as he is known by family and the people that can stand his presence,
has been a little too clingy lately. I have tried to kill him numerous times, but the little bugger seems to annoy Sithis himself, since he keeps bringing him back to our plane of existence.
Now, getting rid of him will be very dangerous, so it would be wise to give one of your best men the job. I would like one of your followers to approach Timmy with promises of candy and Barbie Ken-figures.
Then the follower should make him follow into an oblivion gate! Then he must retrieve the Sigil stone from one of them towers, teleporting him back to this world, leaving Timmy in oblivion, MOAHAHAHA!

I think because of the unwarranted hatred towards him the Adoring Fan should be given immunity to removal and furthermore special duties within the Dark Brotherhood. Cooking and cleaning, enforcing an outdoor shoes left in the entrance hall rule or folding the eiderdowns could all be appropriate duties.

Your first official assignments will be as follows:
Kage- You will assigned to kill all the citizens of the small village of Blankenmarch. Make sure they are inside when it is done. And take everything off their body and then give them one nightshade flower.
Veckatimest- Kill the brothers Maenlorn and Caenlorn at the Flowing Bowl in Anvil. Make sure you do it publicly.
