Are there objective based bonuses when it comes down to whacking someone?

When you give tip it will determine what kind of assassin will be given the job. The better the tip the more professional the job will get done. Say if you have a murderer doing the job. It might be sloppy and look like a murder. Therefore it will investigated. But say you gave a tip of 10000 septims and I personally requested my listener do the job. Well then It would look like a total accident. Now if you want the murder done in a specific way a bonus is required. Depending on the circumstance is how many septims it will cost you. This will be told to me in advance though.

Actually I meant Redguard Mage on these forums. He mentioned in his post that he wanted some unholy skooma/PCP hybrid, and I thought he would be better put out of his misery without trying to beat an addiction like that.
