no im sure its not a mod he used spells although i think he used console to get the magnitude over 100 i think you had cast them from like 1 to 7 and i have a restoration skill of 25 and 100 magnitude requires a skill of 50
heres the video name because i cant post HMLs but thats a different story
The video explains how to do it it just seems a little complicated so could some1 explain in a simpler easy to use version one they watch the video
You tube go to search type Pimp My horse in search first one should be Pimp My Horse:oblivion

I don't think it was using console. It appeared that they just created 10 spells, each named differently, but all doing the same thing:
Fortify Speed, on Touch, with a Magnitude of 100, for 60 seconds.
Then cast them all on your horse (Shadowmere and Black Horses are the fastest in the game) as fast as you can, but as they said, you'll have to keep drinking lots of Restore Magicka potions in between.
Then while riding, get the horse to run and jump, and due to the huge speed of over 1000 (though I thought it was capped at 255??), it's as though the horse is flying.
Using Shadowmere over any other horse means that it doesn't just die when you land! Prob would work with a combo of Fortify Speed and Fortify Acrobatics to keep a normal horse alive??

I still think, it was made with a mod, even with huge speed horse couldn't keep in air for so long, he would land faster.
But it should be possible to do something similar without any mods.If you make same spells which are in video something like that would happen to horse, but not so much

Hail Bethesda!...
Mazer, are you volunteering to try it out for the benefit of the forum?!!
I thought guy who made the vid did claim that there were no mods or consoles involved?
I agree though, I was wondering why it didn't fall faster. But then it was prob travelling faster than an speeding arrow at that point, prob more like faster than a speeding bullet. Or maybe by the time you get that high in the air, Tamriel gravity doesn't work so well?!

It looks like the horse is running in the air. Just look at it's ears. They are moving just like when running on the ground. If it was just a long jump, they should have been in the upwards position all the time. I would like to see the horse from 3rd person view.
I used to play Oblivion, then I took an arrow in the knee.
