Cutscenes don't play

Cutscenes don't play
When I got to use the dust of restful death on lysandus coffin the cutscene doesn't play do you know why that is.

I just watched it on youtube and will continue on,but I was wondering besides the intro and ending what are the other cutscenes.After I beat the game I will reinstall and see if that works.But if anyone can help with this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
