Re: Longevity
I remember when I was new and desperately wanted to be liked. Now I really don't care any more. That's not to say that if I became hated I wouldn't care, but ... actually, that's exactly right. What am I talking about?Generalno1 wrote:Ahhh.... new user-insecurity....

Hey don't beat your self up. Us newbies gotta stick together to win our rightful place amongst the god-heroes such as r and dogmantra. And I wouldn't say that I'd be missed more than you. I have had some...difficulty blending in.GUM!!!! wrote:man you got it!no one would care if i left to!(they would care more aout you then me...i just signed up...Venger the Templar wrote:Given I'm new know one would care if I left. Re: Longevity
UESP will exist for at least another 4-5 years (TESV!). I don't know how long I'll be around. For now, let's say you have to wait at least two years if you want me gone

Well, if you leave Josjie, can I have you spot as Mod?

Re: Longevity
Asking almost certainly disqualifies you as a mod. I believe all of the mods have said at one point or another, "don't ask us, we ask you", or some variation thereof. They look for members who are helpful, respectful, appropriate, consistent users, among other things.Venger the Templar wrote:Well, if you leave Josjie, can I have you spot as Mod?
I've gone back and forth about staying around again. But r's recent departure and the words he left made me think about things differently. I have started posting more in the other forums, outside of general, because that is really where the driving force of these forums lie.
