Anybody ever use DarkUId DarN?

I downloaded DarkUId DarN http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11280 to try it out since it looked interesting. Well I didn't like the way it looked because the text was too small for the way I play. I play the game on my TV while i sit at least 10 feet away. When I turned off the mod it caused my game to not load at all any more. I think the reason for that was because my computer told me there all ready were certain files and asked if I wanted to replace them and I said yes.

So 2 questions 1) is there some way to make the text larger for me to be able to read it from far away? and 2) how do I install the game so that if I turn off the mod I can still play the game?
