My DS died!! I didn't even notice that it was red!!! I put me right off playing, atleast for a few days anyway.

I got back on there and got myself 2 dittos (you can imagine how long that took) and traded a drowzee for a machop with the guy on the 5th floor of the department store so I'm levelling it up to kick butt. I'm happy with it again XD

I'm trying to catch Mewtwo right now, and my 10 ultra balls are doing better than my 60 or so dusk balls, despite the fact that Mewtwo is in a cave.

If you're confused, the ultra ball provides a 3x multiplier to catch rate all the time. A dusk ball provides a 4x multiplier (better than an ultra ball) if you're in a cave or you're trying to catch something at night; otherwise, it's the same as a regular ball.

I have a question for you guys. What should I use my master ball on? I've already caught Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Zapdos.

I managed to catch Mewtwo... with a great ball (2x) nonetheless... That means that every one of my main battlers has been caught with a different type of ball.
Spoiler:
Typhlosion: Poké Ball
Mewtwo: Great Ball
Gyarados: Ultra Ball (it was all I had when I caught it as a Magikarp)
Tyranitar: Safari Ball (2x)
Lugia: Heavy Ball (adds to catch rate for heavier Pokémon)
Ho-Oh: Dusk Ball

Most of the time i never use legendaries in my team.makes the game a little easy but mainly because there is no development(new attacks, evolution etc)

Not possible.
Can't get Growlithe in Blue, unless you mean the Japanese Pokemon Blue rather than Pokemon Green (Blue outside of Japan).

I don't remember, but it was probably the japanese version. All i remember is that it was labeled pokemon blue and was for the gameboy but was usable on my advance.i say it was probably the japanese version because all pokemon games here are imported and japan is probably easier to get a hold of

New Pokémon are okay, but I don't really like the "3D" effect. Isometric 2D view is good enough for me.
Doin my own, thang, and if you got a problem with that
Then the nina go bang, bang, and I'll be everywhere on the map - but

I love the new 3D-ish look. Reminds me of TWEWY.

Anything being like TWEWY is instantly a virtue and Cylo do not say a word because you are wrong.

RAAAAAGE!

The Pokémon factor is what makes the games so successful, and so addictive. I was wondering what made me enjoy Gotcha Force so much when my brother pointed out that there is a compulsion in everyone to have everything. If they kept remaking them with the original 151, they'd end up with maybe three generations, and that's it. There are only so many ways you can tell the Pokémon story (one, to be precise), and to be honest, it's not about that, it's about catching 'em all. I, for one, welcome our new Pokémon overlords.

What about stretching?More and more is just annoying now how far are they going to stretch this?they should have just stopped at the third region.who wants so many pokemon?the series will eventually just become really dry and boring and it will eventually become
"new pokemon region is coming out"
"pfft,big surprise"

As long as there's a decent Water/Ground type (like Swampert) that I don't have to migrate from Emerald, then I'm happy.

And besides, a lot of Pokémon in newer generations are very similar to ones from past generations. Just look at Pidgeot from Kanto, Noctowl in Johto, Hoenn's Swellow, and Staraptor, native to Sinnoh.
