Can’t touch me da da da da daa daa can’t touch me.

I think I have just broken my game lol. Tired of getting my ass wooped by Spider Deadra I went on a quest for Spell reflection and may have overdone it just a tad lol.

Base Amulet of reflection 14%
Ring of Sunfire 25%
Aelid Crown 25%
Spellbreaker Shield 30%

Just absolutely mullered the occupants of an Oblivion Gate in reckless battles against up to four bad guys at once swinging wildly with an unenchanted Madness Sword. Now that’s just wrong. I’m getting rid of a bit of that spell protection.

Whats a good balance for game play? I was thinking 50% to keep things competetive?

Any help appreciated

I'd say 33%-50%. I overdid it a bit on the reflect damage once, no more skill gains in armor... but it's great for block training because they will die before you ever do if you're reflecting all the damage back to them.

Now, with spells, I'd say about half would be good if you're trying to train any destruction skill or a weapon skill or the enemy will just die too fast without needing you at all from all that reflection.

Was thinking of making an oblivion video with that song. But then i realised it didnt suit rampages.

I always go out to fight with no spell reflection, spell resist, resist normal weapon. or any of that crap. So unessisary.

I agree, I often don't use armour either, unless I need to train. I pref sneak + Alch + Marks or Sword. And I usually have quite high Restoration from v. early on!

Though I have wondered what it would be like to have reflects, keep meaning to try it some time.
