Hey all, I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with an annoying little problem I'm having with Daggerfall.
I just got out of Privateer's Hold, and am now trying to fast travel to Daggerfall. I've rested and am at full health, but every time I fast travel, I get a message that says "You are not well, and may not survive extended travel." It gives me the option to proceed, and I do, and of course, I die.
I don' think it's a bug... it's not an error message, it looks like an actually part of the game (parchment looking message box). That's fine with me if it is, but after doing some searches on the internet, I can't find any mention of that sort of problem anywhere. In fact, most everything seems to say that fast traveling with "cautious" checked should be restoring my health if anything.
Anyone have any clue what's going on? I'm surprised I actually got the game to run as smoothly as I did and have been enjoying the little bit I've gotten to see... It would be a shame to get hung up on something like this.

I don't think you can fast travel until you get to Daggerfall,
a little something they threw in there to make sure you're playing the game.

Yes you can, I have fast travelled everywhere since I got out of Privateer's Hold.RobotNixon wrote:I don't think you can fast travel until you get to Daggerfall,

Besides, running to Daggerfall would take hours.

Did you get a disease from something inside the cave?

I'm thinking that's the case... I just found out that can happen.
I decided to just make a new character anyway, but thanks for the help.
