Spoiler:
There is a story about it, you know that redguard lady training outside with the argonian, she is the blade master's daughter but he refuses to believe it so she is trying to prove to him that she is strong and she wants to become the grand champion to prove it to him.
It's all in the wiki

But who is her mother? I'd like to know that.
Perhaps it's Ysabel.

Perhaps it's Ysabel.
Probably not. The girl is a Redguard and Ysabel is an Imperial. According to an in game book, race is most commonly inherited from the mother. Thus the girl would have to be an Imperial too. Although, that book could be wrong.

Owyn is a Redguard. So it's still possible.

I always kill Owyn's daughter btw :D. It's a nice challenge to kill both her and the Argonian without alerting the Guards. And then I sell the H2H gauntlets (in their personal chest) for a good price :).

Doesn't make it imperative. It's all possible. Then again, if we
take menopause into consideration...

Exactly. And given the circumstances that Branwen apparently knows/knew her mother, and as she makes no mention of Ysabel, it's very unlikely that she is her mother.
