As I recall from Bethesda's Official Oblivion Forum, Dar-Ma received the most votes. I agree with that, even though she's a lizard and I don't exactly roll that way. (not a zoophile. Well technically she's half. Idk)

Another one I'd have to say is Carahil. Idk. When I first saw her I was like, SHE'S SHINING.

I think it was a reflection or something ^^^

I think it's funny when all of the guests in the DB quest Whodunit? are in love with that Dran lady.

There really aren't any hot characters in the game except for the ones that I make

.....but those aren't NPCs...

Cutter definitely has an odd look. The dev team went out of their way to play around with the sliders for all the SI characters.

My votes on Methredhel. I'm not normally a lips guy, but she drew me in with her's, and she has big brown eyes as well. I suppose it helps that one of the first times I saw her was after sneaking into her house and she was sleeping next to a male elf with her armor off.

Of course, they all look better with a body replacer. It's kinda eerie when you catch yourself eyeing the old decrepit beggars in the street.

As others have said, I don't really find NPC's attractive, and, even if I did, not without some serious mod's.

But if I had to choose, it would be Antoinette Marie, because she is not entirely hideous, and because she's funny and awesome (Then again, pretty much everyone in the DB is funny and awesome in their own way

)
