Here's a fun thing to think about:
What is your favorite ruin name out of all of vanilla Oblivion's ruins? This just includes Ayleid Ruins and the Ruins associated with the Shivering Isles (not caves or camps), not forts, caves, mines, cities, or camps.
My personal favorite is Lipsand Tarn. It just flows so well and sounds cool. I'm considering making my next character a vampire with a name based off of that ruin
Vindasel is cool.
It's small so I won't get lost.
Has a chest I can repeatably loot.
I have some serious bad [&@%!] company in Umbra
So yeah that's a ruin I like.
You know what? I actually used Vindasel as my character's home for a while because it was so small and convenient! And that non-respawning container was nice for storage.
This is all without mentioning the fact that the trophy of one of my greatest kills is there for a while
I like Nenyond Twyll, the name and the quest associated. I really don't do enough dungeon delving, though, so I am not familiar with too many Ayleid ruin names out there.
...and Vindasel always makes me think of Vin Diesel.
I think that's included in the Easter Eggs of the UESP. I noticed that too

Usually, me too, but I've recently been trying to squeeze the most out of my game and visit as many places as I can
Lindai (is that how you spell it?)
Yeah, spelling is correct. Gotta love Umbacano's quests, even after his betrayal.
* Sercen, because it reminds of "serene." Though the Bandits ruin the peace...
* Anutwyll, because it sounds weird, and I have a character named Twyll.

I still think plain old Vilverin is the best ruin. It's got a cool mini-storyline.
But Wenyandawik, Mackamentain, Fanacasecul, Vahtacen, Sardavar Leed, Garlas Malatar and Ceyatatar have the coolest sounding names. 'Ceyatatar'. Say it. Say it right now.
I like Culotte. I mean, seriously, the French name for a type of female underwear? Kekekekeke. Also, unless you approach the statue's room, it's completely empty, which makes it a perfect place to live in, and it's small too, which is a plus.
Alternatively, Bawn. I just find the name funny.

Baron Wulfenbach: DuPree. When I say the words "Alive and unharmed" - do any neurons actually fire in that brain of yours? Captain DuPree: Um - No Sir! Baron Wulfenbach: ...I thought not.

now that i think about it that one has a kool name
there is a cave that has a wooden door behind a waterfall and inside there are ghost pirates and a secret room with a boat and stuff, the name of it eludes me though...
Cheese, CHEESE FOR EVERYONE...no wait, scratch that, cheese for no one, still, its a good enough present if you dont like cheese...

That would be the Dunbarrow Cove DLC, I think. Which we PS3 users don't have, grrrr... I hate you, Microsoft.

I know the one your talking about but it's a different one, i think if i remember right, it is east of chorrol and the door is hidden by a waterfall, and you find 2 switches i think and when you activate them ghosts appear and there's a secret passage to a pirate ship and other ghost-like pirates. It's not dumbarrowcove though...

The only other dilapidated ghost ship I can think of (besides the obvious one in Anvil) is east of Bravil, in the Mouth of the Panther. It's connected to the Forlorn Watchman quest. Hm, I should check the caves near Chorrol, but I think you're just confusing cities...
lol. come to the dark side(microsoft).....we have cookies!
You also have the Red Ring of Death. I'll pass.

My favorite is Vindasel. Vindasel, Vin Diesel... I think you see the connection. If only they made a Chuck Norris ruin.
