Savegame problems

When I try to load my savegame I get the following error:

Daggerfall has encountered an internal error at 1002.
The error reported was: Invalid object data.
Exiting...

I have tried the fixsave app and some other savegame item repair utility for no good. Please help me, I am trying to pinpoint what exactly at my savegame is issuing this particular message.

Sounds like the savegame is corrupt.

It happens every once in a while. Load a earlier save and save over it. It should work after that.

If you don't have another save... Make more next time.

I always use all 6 slots.
3 to cycle through for normal saves. 1 for before I start a quest. 1 for before I enter a dungeon, and an extra for when I wanna test something.
