Pirates in Bravil?
Pirates in Bravil?
I was arrested in Bravil, and served my time in prison. When I was released, there was a pirate outside the prison. He wouldn't talk to me (gave me the "got nothing to say to you, fancypants" remark). He just started walking. I followed him for a little while, and he headed for the Imperial City. I had to assume he was one of the pirates who hang out at the Waterfront.
What was he doing in Bravil? Was this a glitch? I didn't think those pirates went anywhere.

Sometimes NPCs follow you for odd reasons. Anyone following you will spawn by you when you get out of prison.

NPC's tend to get themselves arrested sometimes, probably when when you get in some trouble, they get in trouble too. For some odd reason.
This usually happens to me for the NPC's in the goblin mine from the Fighters Guild.

Re: Pirates in Bravil?
True, but I thought they only had the option of resisting arrest or paying the fine? I've never seen an NPC end up in jail, unless they're meant to be in there for the duration of the whole game - like that guy who asked the Dark Brotherhood to murder Rufio in the Imperial City.Kestral wrote:NPC's tend to get themselves arrested sometimes, probably when when you get in some trouble, they get in trouble too. They generally get massacred by the guard that's arresting them, or run away with the guards in hot pursuit.Kestral wrote:How do you know if they didn't pay the fine?Doctor Meaticus wrote:True, but I thought they only had the option of resisting arrest or paying the fine?
