ok so i found a rely decent item one my level 27 dunmer

at the temple of ancestor moths during quest it was an amulet with plus 25 blade if i reached that level will i find the item again or is it random loot

It's random loot. You'd need to be lucky to get it again. Try quicksaving right before you enter the room where you got it, and reloading till you get another one.

Hmm, I know the last Priest in the place has some good loot, but I don't know if it's levelled. But it probably is levelled in most cases, and the Priest just may have very good jewelry for any level.

The last priest does have leveled magic loot, and if you loot his body, enter the next room (or just outside) and wait 73 hours (not 72!) he will respawn with the exact same inventory- but if you travel to another location, such as the IC then when he respawns his inventory will be randomised.

i got the loot of the final priest but my sister deleted all my chars so boo hoo

i hardly ever get a really good item more than once so i think ull be lucky if u do
