Question Regarding the UESP Forum Style

Now, this question is really more suited for an administrator, but a mod may know this. My question is, who exactly created the UESP style? Or is it modeled after the SubSilver2 style?

Daveh created the UESP style used with phpBB2 (which in turn was based on the wiki's style, originally created by Aristeo). I adapted the style to phpBB3. It is largely based on subSilver2 (just as the phpBB2 version was based on subSilver), but the differences are more than just color changes.

Ah thank you. Also, would it be asking too much, or intruding perhaps, if I can see how the style is formed? I'm intrigued on how the HTML and CSS is, which sometimes to me is more interesting the website itself, acts all together. If I can't see it, well then, that's understandable. But it's a very nice style.
