Stalker?

Everywhere I go, some woman named Rona Benarius(?) is following me. At first I thought I recruited her or something but when I meet her she walks away like a normal npc and I can only ask about rumors. she occurred in the most weird places like the dark brotherhood sanctuary and somewhere on the road from cheydinhall. She isn't really bothering me but wth is this bug?

From her wiki page:

Occasionally, Rona will follow you to areas far from Battlehorn, especially if you fast-travel immediately after exiting the castle. Odds are she will be unseen as you walk the streets of a city, but will appear with you in some buildings before immediately turning to walk back to Battlehorn.

I don't know why it happens though, or if there are any ways to fix it.

If he kills her he wont be able to finish with the taxidermy stuff in battlehorn castle, unless he's already finished
