Anyway, my choice is probably Boethia, he's cool, if not him, Azura.
You've pleased the Madgod! You must be proud of yourself. I, for one, would still like to eat your eyes. But, good for you!

Although Azura is my favorite, I would rather meet Mehrunes Dagon, to grasp a better understanding of his ideals and motives.

He believes that Tamriel is rightfully his because of the Mythic Era and that if you believe Camoran, he was the First ruler of Tamriel until the "false" gods overthrew him.skooma wrote:Although Azura is my favorite, I would rather meet Mehrunes Dagon, to grasp a better understanding of his ideals and motives.
If you believe Camoran.....

I'd have to say Nocturnal on this one...
May I ask a question also?
Am I the only one who thought, back in MW, that Azura was actually a SHE before Oblivion came out?

Re: Out of all of the Sixteen Daedra Lords
The term "Daedric Prince" is an asexual term in Oblivion. There are in fact several female Daedra Princes.Zmery wrote:Ok, I know I haven't played OB in a LOOOOOOONG time, but isn't Azura a a daedra PRINCE?Kaelan Corvinus wrote:Yeah, Azura is a she. Meridia, Vaermina, Namira, Azura, Nocturnal are all female.
But some books agree that a Daedric Prince can be anything they want, so.....if Mehrunes Dagon wanted to appear as a chick, he could.

This is true. If you ask me, Azura has kind of a manly voice at her shrine in TES4. I guess you could say that she went from a man to a woman....

That's why I got confused... she clearly appreared as a she in MW and in Oblivion she is kinda... well, confusing...King Acunasti wrote:This is true. If you ask me, Azura has kind of a manly voice at her shrine in TES4. I guess you could say that she went from a man to a woman....
And Kaelan, thanks on that one... Yeah, I know Namira and Vaermina and Meridia were also chicks, didn't know about Nocturnal tho, and didn't know all of them could be considered as daedric princes...
Actually, daedra and aedra is something that always confused me a lot.... same way as dremora...

I say nocturnal because her realm would be twight like and surreal (I think?). I always thought that the grey cowl was cool because the daedric markings that run across the top on it. They read "Shadow hid you", which is pretty cool.

Re: Out of all of the Sixteen Daedra Lords
But of all the princes, I'd really like to meet Meridia. Her Aurorans are very unique. They are the soldiers of life, and are built for war. But to me, they seem to have more of a "good" side to them. I wonder why Bethesda had the Aurorans work for evil and not good. Meridia doesn't seem too "evil" at all.

Boethia's worshipers and some books refer to Boethia as a she, this game is strange when it comes to gender.Etem wrote:Sanguine is a male.Silkysmooth wrote:I cant believe no one picked Sanguine...she seems...fun![]()

I would say I would like to meet Meridia because of the whole against the undead thing and all. Or Sheogorath because he is fun.
