I was wondering if it was worth getting, since i started to play oblivion a while ago and love it...! So instead of reading all posts made about the subject i thought I'd get the general idea about the game via Poll. :P

i would definately say it's worth it because it adds a whole new feel to the game and alot of extra gameplay if you are all the way through oblivion, you expeirience many new monsters and the scenery and land itself is almost great enough just to buy it, if you ever get bored with cyrodill it is always their as backup also, i say its very fun (to me 2 hours to download off of xbox live though  )

Thought it was good, Shadowrend makes it worth while even if the main quest to the SI is a BIT short.

wasn't there that one serious bug that renders the game unplayable with it though?

only after 50 hours on PC and 70 hours on Xbox 360. these times can be shorter or longer depending on playing style.

There is a game wrecker bug, but a patch fixing it can be downloaded from UESP Main Page.

So sorry, I totally did... But it's all your fault for making such a good joke ^^
Anyway, credit for half of the last response possible for the poll goes entirely to Butterknife. ^^

Thanks for all the feedback guys.. I think I'm really gonna get it once I got my exams done with (can't get anymore hooked to oblivion than I am :P)

Totally man. Elder Scrolls will steal your eyesight long enough so that you can't work on anything else.

I have to go back to a lab on saturday to finish my final project, and then I'm done for the year :)

So, hope tomorrow goes quick.

It's absolutely fantastic, but it crashes to the desktop like nobody's business. It seems to help if you make new saves a lot, and do not quicksave.
