I have once again spent the day being inundated with approximately 0 job offers. I'm waiting to get a letter from my bank manager saying he's disappointed to note that I have run out of money.

I just let out the horses and the pasture is in the opening, so a storm is coming and they will be soaked when they come in.I just hope the lightening doesn't touch them. It gets terribly scary when storms come... I have a huge of tornadoes... when one does come I'll look like chicken with it's head cut off saying "Its a twister. Its a twister"

I wish i had a horse so bad its not even funny. Take a wild guess why this is my favorite picture i took when i was in europe.

Sense i live so far south we dont have tornadoes and when they do hit theyre small and do little to no damage. However i do get hurricanes all the time.

Nothing much happened today but the last week has been eventful.
Tuesday and Wednesday I consumed massive amounts of tea while recruiting people for the Thé society. Most of Wednesday I did this while sitting in a sofa, wearing a bathrobe, in the school's main entrance. Fun.
Then on Thursday I had my first philosophy lesson of the term with my oh, so epic teacher after that I also had my first class in theory of knowledge with the same awesome teacher. :D and in the evening was the first Thé evening in far too long, treasure hunt eve to be precise, or Skattjaktsafton as we would say. The goal of the treasure hunt was quite clear; to aquire the small but epic parking sign with number 42 that said "Reserved for Gandalf"
Friday we had the photoshots for the Thé society and for VIP, the board game club. The photos were quite epic, in one there was an abundance of towels and bathrobes while the board members wore suits and aluminium foil on their heads. In the other Darth Vader, a VIP agent and Cesar were playing poker with chocolate instead of money but at the moment the photo was taken Vader was force strangling Cesar, The Russian under the table was stealing chocolate, the bystanders were looking randomly strange and I was being sexually assaulted by a crazy Italian. Great pictures.
Sadly I had to leave early on Friday as I had to catch a plane up to the northern reaches of Sweden, Luleå to be precise, and here I am now being quite bored.... At least I'll get to met my awesome grandparents and possibly some cousins tomorrow, neither of which I've seen in over a year :P
And that's about it.

My housemate and I came up with how we're going to make our fortunes today - we are going to make preserves infused with herbs (strawberry and basil could be a winner), which we will sell in barrels that we have also made ourselves - we are going to become Brighton's first preserve-making coopers. We may also become part-time fletchers if that doesn't take off, and if I still don't have enough money I'm going to write a book of amusing barrel-making anecdotes.

Look out for me in the Wall Street Journal Rich List.

We are starting to get quite passionate about barrel-making and are constantly changing the subject and relating everything back to the making of barrels, much to the annoyance of everyone else around us.

:D Yaaay!

Today I reached level 75 in Conjuration on Oblivion, which I've never done before. Then I went around summoning frost atronachs and binding Claymores... just because I could. A very productive day. I also realised that I could probably strip my guitar effects rig down to three very good pedals but I don't have the money to do so - a Death By Audio Fuzz War, a Line-6 DL-4 delay which I rather usefully already have, and an Electro-Harmonix Cathedral reverb.

Today, I woke up and felt like absolute crap, so I missed work, for the first time I may add.

I also got the desk I have been looking for, some of you know what I mean, and got it assembled. This was thanks to my Uncle who happens to know people at Walmart. So my bitterness at Walmart has subdued for the time being. And for the first time in over a month, I am able to be on my computer somewhere other than my bed or the couch, so YAY.

Finally got around to watching Coraline, then spent about 45 minutes to an hour cleaning horrible music out of my last.fm library.

 I should really do that, apparently my top track of all time is Bruises by Chairlift, I only listened to that about 5 times, so I dunno how it's got 100+ plays..

Spent most of today playing Avalon, but the other day was a bit more interesting, I registered at NUI in Galway. :P

Just now I built an insanely expensive Alienware laptop, just for something to do. The thing is more or less fully tricked out, with absolutely every option I would want. I managed to drive the base price of $1,799 up to $4,930. God help the world if I should ever possess that kind of money.

Today I bought 2 mirrors and a plant, got a phone call from a pub asking if I wanted to work a trial shift on Thursday night, so I might finally have a job, and my 'musicians wanted' advert I posted on Gumtree yesterday has had three responses already, two guitarists and a bassist, so I might have a band too. And Road Wars is on in 5 minutes - good times.

More like indie with a post-rock influence, sort of My Bloody Valentine/Jesus & Mary Chain-type stuff.
