I don't know what you mean by "svenja", and the mother's head is only there for decoration.
During the unmarked quest
The Horror of Dive Rock , you can find Svenja's Remains which are made up of 2 legs, 2 arms, a torso, and a head.
Also, is the other usable part you're looking for Mort Flesh?

Oh, ok. And no.
I'll give you a hint: it's not a potion ingredient.

The remains of that person that was consumed by the big snow troll can be used...
As fancy decorations in your necromancer house!

I didn't even have to use the wiki on this one! I'm in Bravil way too much. Dro'Shanji lied to Gilgondorin (who works at the inn Silverhome on the Water) about monsters in his house, but no quest is ever added, and if you go to his house it's perfectly fine. Oh, and Dro'Shanji works in the Bravil gardens. I even know his dialouge! "Bravil is perhaps not so nice. But Bravil gardens are the gem of the town, are they not?"
I'm in Bravil way too much.

All right, so I think I got a good one now...
In what books does the following appear?
EDIT - This is still the english version of the game.

Any open book an NPC is reading, on every page.
And when things start to happen,
don't worry. Don't stew.
Just go right along.
You'll start happening too.

Okay... Who is the NPC who speaks of exotic dishes made from the most common of fare?

(Insert Generic Maniacal Laughter)
Mwahahahahahahahahahahahahaha !
Trials and Incantations, qwelling the disarrayed Anu
Balms given, Essences studied, he Ranks
Salvation, essense, none; nonsense: pelanu
Eternal memory, I called, no murderer
Papers written, forever, a life to stop
Telling of this life, Iconic maybe, this shall end, this, scene
long this, long enough to escape the tears of the Mother.
I shall say only the following:
Through examination, two symbols shall be revealed. You must tie these in.
If you are sharp enough (probably won't take much) it is not that conclusion. I will not point it out.
I will NOT give a hint if someone asks for it.
Use of the UESP Wiki will not help you, until you find what you need.
Throughout, I have hinted, generally, to the only thing the answer is involved with, that is noteworthy, but it will not make sense until you connect it all.
I WILL NOT GIVE A HINT IF SOMEONE ASKS FOR IT.
