you can't call him out on that, he (like all NORTH Americans, us self centered @#$%'s) live in GLORIOUS AMERICA, where poverty is inexistent (not counting that little thing that happened in the 30s, and what is happening right now) Crime is gone (minus the fact that we have more prisoners as a percentage than any other nation), and everyone is happy! (except the fact that i never lived anywhere where i didn't have a neighbor that hated me, and we have been in war for almost 70 years straight). We have our very own backyard (Canada) and our personal pharmacy(Columbia, mexico), both of which are ours, therefore america and the USA are one in the same!
(i come from cold as hell Northern Minnesota by the way... believe it or not.)

Hahhahaha.....that was funny. When someone says 'cold as hell' to me they better be at the north pole. I've lived about as far north as civilization goes, that'd be the island of Svalbard, though only for a year. The rest of my time in Norway was spent in Alta, which is not exactly south. By this I mean its one of the northernmost cities on continental Europe.
