I played Chrono Trigger (SNES) for the first time and now I'm addicted to it. I can't believe I didn't play it sooner.

its her way of making it sound better to herself, try talking a little more and she might start opening her eyes.

i started writing a story at random today. it isnt about zombies and it has nothing to do with oblivion.
i fear i wont be able to stop and i may actually end up writing a novel. it is very strange.

I cleaned out my UESP watched topics list, and realized that it's very depressing to be the last person who posted in a dead thread.

I've been working on my new house mod all day. I've been replacing lights with scripted, toggle-able ones and making quests for a house in Vos.

Re: The 'What happened to you today' thread
yesterday i created a thread intended to get away from judgemental people who are only able to spout rules. today i defended that decision against someone who is suggesting that it is still against the rules. i get the feeling sometimes that no matter how hard i try, some people just don't get it. might as well come from a different planet where nonsense is the new common sense
It's a fine line, but someone has to walk it.

Haha... I asked the mods for a thread almost exactly like that when there was just a General board, and it was denied, for being too similar to tell us about yourself. If it gets locked, don't be disappointedalowe wrote:yesterday i created a thread intended to get away from judgemental people who are only able to spout rules. today i defended that decision against someone who is suggesting that it is still against the rules. i get the feeling sometimes that no matter how hard i try, some people just don't get it. might as well come from a different planet where nonsense is the new common sense
Oh, and something we worked out (and by we, I mean Cactus) in our conversation: when DL calls you "noobus", he's just mis-spelling Anubis, the Jackal Headed Egyptian god. It's a term of endearment.

i was wondering that. if i hadn't seen SG-1 i wouldn't have even wondered (tv is the new education)Dogmantra wrote:Oh, and something we worked out (and by we, I mean Cactus) in our conversation: when DL calls you "noobus", he's just mis-spelling Anubis, the Jackal Headed Egyptian god. regarding my earlier post: i thought about this some more. i think some people just want attention and they get it by playing the parental role by continuously standing in judgement over others. no matter how hard you try to get away from them it just encourages them to do more, so i guess the best solution is not to encourage them and wait for them to go away and bug someone else

I was woken up at 3:50 by my kitten, who decided it was playtime. Now I'm doing laundry.
Re: The 'What happened to you today' thread
Yesterday I started reading Hannibal and made it through more than half the book, I intend to finish it today which means I'll have to find meself more books to read.
I'm also going to town today to buy some blue yarn and have sushi.

It truly is. Especially those crazy Fins, with their wacky dances and confounding fish slapping. Oh, my gosh, such splendid entertainment is hard to come by these days.Kestral wrote:I saw Spamalot today. It was awesome.

Well, today I queued for 2 hours to get out of the Latitude carpark because of some ridiculous traffic management system probably dreamt up by some eco-mentalist who thought it would be fine because "I don't own a car and nor does anyone else I know". But then I got my degree results - 2:1! Have it!

Re: The 'What happened to you today' thread
I haven't been in here for two weeks! Except for yesterday, but then my computer was so slow that I gave up after a while.
Today I've worked
. But what aren't you prepared to do to get some money?!
Some minutes ago I intended to send an email to a computer guy, so I could finally get to know what's wrong with my little darling. Weird thing is that I couldn't find the file he wanted, and now I have to wait until he answers so I can do something. *sighs*
Btw, has anyone else noticed that there is a post icon that looks like Mr. Green, except that it has a different colour? Why does it have a different colour? It annoys me that the doesn't look exactly the same.

Re: The 'What happened to you today' thread
Well, I've finished reading Hannibal and now I can't make up my mind about what to read next, I have The Man In The High Castle and Flow My Tears, The Policeman Said, both by Philip K. Dick. Censored? o.O Oh, right. XD
Then I also have Akira, well 360 pages of it at least, I'd love to start with Akira but then I'd have to go to town again to borrow the other parts as well. >.<
