13 is not a nice number, and therefore not a nice age.

Nice ages include:
8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, and I haven't really thought about it past then.

A nice age is when your age is a nice number. It's mostly to do with the look of the number written down and how it sounds. Certain numbers make me feel slightly uncomfortable, mostly odd ones, but 15, for example, is slightly nicer than 13, though by not enough to count as a nice number.
