You can find Imperial slaves in Morrowind, but yeah most of the slaves do seem to be Argonians and Khajit. Do you know why that is probably?
Uh...You mean land of the Dunmer? Land of the altmer would be summerset isles. Honestly, tho, i cant see how anyone can hate such an adorable lizard

Negative on both accounts, my friend.

First of all, slavery had always been legal in the Summerset Isles. Oblivion told me that on one of the "Loading Pages of Wisdom". Once on a loading page, it told me that putting my shield up in a fight will take some of the blow out of the attack. I use that bit of advice every time I play.

And secondly, Argonians are tough to listen to, tough to look at, but not tough at all when it comes to fighting. Most Argonians either have a rude scowl on their face or an insensitive narcissistic pride of their backwater little place they call Black Marsh. Thus meaning that they all either love their own race too much or they hate yours. And the other (one exception only) will actually come up and start a conversation with you! Totally vice-versa from the ordinary player-to-npc dialog that happens in this game. This can be very annoying if you're trying to get from A to B and Annoys-You-To-Death (not actual name) happens to be right in the middle of that venture.

That's perhaps a typo, but the fact is that slavery has always been legal in MORROWIND, not Summerset Isle. And that's not true anymore anyway, because King Helsenth outlawed it just prior to TES IV. You'll notice if you do a page search on the following link the word "Altmer" isn't listed anywhere there, nor is Summerset.

Breton hands down. I just love the balance they introduce, and the fact you can make 'em look like any race.

I suppose it's possible. I've never noticed it, but then again I haven't noticed one that mentions slavery in Morrowind either, which means I've never seen that particular load screen ever before.

Well my top 5 would be
Dunmer - make awsome vampires
Altmer - make awsome mages
Argonian - good for roleplaying my character Dragour
Redguard - make awsome warriors (swodsmen)
Nord - good for roleplaying my Ice Queen ^^ she's awsome already (and has a pretty cool background  )

I have always been confused, and I read some of the lore on races, but whats the difference between a imperial and breton. Is imperial more human like? And I know they play different, one magic other warrior but beside that whats that different? :?

It was a tough choice between Bosmer and Dunmer but I had to go for Dunmer just because of morrowinds awesomeness. My favorite beast is the Argonian

I agree, its just when playing them I find it awkward. If I'm a human-like race in Elder Scrolls, I'd like it to be either Imperial or Breton. Nords are just too tall and Redguards are just... well... I hope you get the picture.

I like to use Bretons the most and as a second I like to use Argonians because I use the females to make Stealth Mages.

Stealth mage? Thats neat, is it like a thief with magic or is like a mage with acrobatics and marksman and all that stuff?

In stats and beastlyness, yes, but for roleplaying, not so much (my opinion). I never really use them because I tend more a stealthy type, or a all out mage. They can really only be a warrior, but you can argue the same with an orc, or a high elf being a mage, and so on.

I don't know about billy there, but personally the way I play a stealth mage is replace security with the alteration skill. It's arguably better because if you get arrested and are in jail, you have but a simple spell and you can escape. With security if you break your one pick.. you're serving your sentence. They really should do something about magicka..
Anyway, I also use the illusion skill because being able to charm people is often helpful for roleplay purposes, not to mention chameleon and invisibility. My favourite spell like that has to be one added by Spell Tomes (though you can easily make your own) called Blink which is invisibility for 5 seconds. Turn invisible in sneak mode, grab the item from in front of them... no one's the wiser.

Yeah but what is it? Is it a mage with robes and a staff but just with hops or is it a thief that has the vast powers of magicka at his disposal?
