Well, I'm too lazy to get info from all my Xbox characters, but here's my PC:

Name: Misty
Race: Child of Molag Bal [Demon]
Sign: Thief
Class: Lone Wanderer
Specialization: Stealth
Attributes: Luck, Agility
Major Skills:

Marksman - A Lone Wanderer should always be able to defeat a foe before any personal harm is done.
Security - Sometimes theft is essential when you're low on supplies.
Sneak - The ability to go undetected is most valuable in the Capitol Wasteland.
Light Armour - Fast and strong, light armor is perfect for everyday use.
Conjuration - Who needs to fight when you can summon a Balrog to do it for you?
Heavy Armour - It is always good to be versatile, and not rely on one kind of gear too heavily.
Blade - The time-honored tradition of sneaking up behind somebody and slitting his/her throat never gets old.

Preferred Tactics: Shoot 'em in the back before they realize you're there.

Weapon: Daedric bow enchanted with Drain Speed 100 pts in 22 ft and Arrows of Storm Strike

Favourite Clothing/Armour: Perfect Amber Armour, Gray Aegis [Hey, I EARNED this on the Xbox], Amulet of Kings, NO HELMET.

STORY:

The Daedra Prince Molag Bal is believed to have created the first Vampires from the dead bodies of his enemies. But this is not entirely the truth. The history of the rivalries among the Daedra Princes is not well known by the mortals.

No books nor anyone can be found to tell us what happened exactly, but Lord Molag Bal indeed created a new race. Due to their humanly features and their fangs they were mistaken for Vampires. The Demons were raised from the bodies of a defeated army as the troops of Molag Bal were growing thinner. In need of fresh troops, he raised them and instilled in them a burning fire similar to is own. Wounded in the battle, Molag Bal was bleeding when he accomplished the ritual to raise his new army, and some of the bodies raised this day were infused with his blood.

None of the raised who didn't get at least a drop of the blood of the Daedra Prince survived the week. When they didn't perish in the last battle that granted Molag Bal victory, they simply decayed as a normal corpse and committed suicide or were eliminated by the Prince's troops.

For the "blessed" ones, it was a completely different matter. The first demons were not really different from the humanoid bodies they were issued from. After some time they all experienced weird transformations:
- Their skin color became reddish,
- Their teeth grew to fangs, similar but less prominent than their creator's,
- Horns began to protrude from their head. (It is believed that this transformation drew some of them to madness and they were eliminated).
- A tail grew on their back and no matter if they tried to cut it off, it would grow back.
- Wings grew on their back too, though some of them never managed to use them properly to fly.

After several millennium of servitude, the Demons became more and more like their "father" in their attitude and set of mind and he began to use them as more than just soldiers. As they finally managed to gain his trust, they were granted missions in other planes and also in Cyrodiil where they captured human slaves for the pleasures of Lord Molag Bal. They also acted as emissaries of the Prince and tempted and corrupted, the pure souls to harvest them.

But then Mehrunes Dagon got in the way. To protect his 'harvesting grounds' Molag Bal arranged for Misty to be in the right place to gain the Emperor's trust, and stop Mehrunes Dagon. For the sake of secrecy, Molag Bal had Misty's memories erased and instead controls her through more subliminal methods.

Despite her appearance, she is accepted by the citizens of Tamriel and enjoys quite an active social life. She even had a lover at one point, but sadly he was killed when returning to the home they shared, Frostcrag Spire, after forgetting to set the security measures when he left.

Misty's most amazing feat was a two week-long battle with the Overlord of an Undisturbed Ayleid ruin that lay far beneath her home. The Overlord proved to be a most difficult foe, defeating even the Balrog Misty summoned to smite him. However, in the final moment, Molag Bal himself imbued Misty with nearly all his powers, enabling her to crush the Overlord.

Well, shocking as it might be, I'm still on my first playthrough... Have yet to complete the Dark Bortherhood, Mages guild, main quest & expansion lines.

The character is basically death on legs, even on higher difficulties. Have always liked the baddass warrior type, hence the combat tilt. Building him took a long time though:/

Name: Esvee
Race: Nord
Class: Champion
Specialization: Combat
Birth Sign: The Thief
Favored Attributes: Endurance & Luck
Lvl: 30

Str: 100
End: 100
Agi: 100
Spd: 100
Wil: 80
Int: 80
Per: 30
Luck: 93

Major Skills:

Blunt (100)
Armorer (100)
Marksman (100)
Conjuration (100)
Light Armor (30-something?)
Alteration (27)
Illusion (25)

Important Minors:

Blade (100)
Heavy Armor (100)
Athletics (100)
Restoration (100)
Block (88)
Sneak (79)

Fame 91
Infamy 38

He's not hugely popular with the guards thanks to a penchant for taking anything without asking. In fact nobody really likes him much, but he is respected. He hates daedra with a passion, cleaning out over 25 gates. He became a vampire for around 2 weeks, but even so he refused to feed on humans; instead he just slaughtered more Daedra with his new powers untill he could get a cure. He never bothered to inflitrate the dragon shrine, instead just smearing body parts all over the walls when they even suggested he hand over his gear.

Can hack his way through a room full of enemies or sneak up behind them and crack their skulls open. Favored weapons are Hatred's Soul and Umbra. He has no time for magic, except healing as his gung-ho attitude means he gets hit a lot and conjuration for when facing huge odds; he tends to hide this ability though and never summons undead.

Favorite Character of all time: Strider(guy from my signature)

Race: Imperial
Class: Ranger
Birthsign: The Steed
Fame: 20
No infamy(KotN  )

Humorous fact A:
Assaults:876
Murders:44
Largest Bounty:3,000
(I never Once assaulted a single character I didn't kill afterwards
What's up with this? Attacking bandits count as assault?)

Fact B:
Books Read:481
Skill Books Read:30(Yeah, I'm that Oblivion-nerdy.)

Fact C:
Funny thing about stats: Health=303, Magicka=144, and Fatigue=303. I like 303.

Perfected method of Assassination: sneaking up behind his target, whipsering words of fear to his victim, and ramming one of his shortswords through the mark's heart. All other scenarios except for assassination, however, he uses his bow.

Ok... This guy is the classic, obviously clichéd, example of bad-guy-turned-good-guy, starting from an assassin for hire, hunting in the shadows, bow in hand, and even becoming the head of the Dark Brotherhood, to stealing from the Imperial Palace just for a book(and a scroll, but that came second in his priorities). However, he learned, by the terror and hatred of all he came in contact with, that he was evil, malicious, and cruel. This he did not like.

He contacted several priests and holy men to find out what he could do to gain forgiveness, but failed... Until, while passing through Anvil for his own mission, he overheard of a crazy prophet near the church... And the slaughter. He thought he could be granted what he wished by avenging these poor men and women slaughtered in the church. He learned, however, it took much more than that...

To make a long story short, he completed his mission and gained favor with the nine divines. However, still feeling unfit to even wear the holy armor of the crusader, he left the Priory of the Nine and donned his previous assassin clothes... Though most of the land had forgiven him because of his heroism and great deeds during the return of Umaril the Unfeathered, he could never forgive himself.

Though returning to the shadows and darkness of an assassin, he now has different targets. Becoming the Lord of Battlehorn Castle and setting it up as his headquarters, he began his new mission: destroying all who cause chaos, pain, and terror in the land.

He killed his former "associates" in the dark brotherhood, never again contacting the Nightmother. He donated every piece of gold he ever earned through theft to churches and temples across the land. Last, but not least, he has sworn to hunt down and destroy all evil-doers, from bandits to rogue mages and undead, to the recent threat of the daedra. He is hunting the evil Mankar Camoran and his followers daily, knowing that inner peace will surely follow such an act...

P.S. That part about the book and scroll, I mean it: the only reason I even BEGAN the thieves' guild was for the book: 2920, Second Seed (v5). yeah, it was that important, I had all 11 before that one, and I wanted to begin breaking things when I learned what I had to go through to get that last book... I didn't even want to be a thief! But I suppose it worked out well enough... Until my bow broke during the Ultimate Heist. No I did not have a SINGLE repair hammer. No joke...

I now have each set up painstakingly on my shelf in Battlehorn castle, and I'm on the 360, so you can imagine how long it took to set up a dozen books onto a shelf properly.... I love that collection now though.

hmmm... Sorry to double post, but this would look really retarded right above the character I posted. I'm sure you all understand.
Sanguine wrote:Ok I will criticize sense it is open game. You shouldn't level past thirty(Highest level for leveled Items) at that point most of your abilities will be around 100, so the enemies are getting more from your level then you are.
I level all my characters past 30 for the challenge
Sanguine wrote:Athletics is a bad major skill as it gos up wildly(crazy if it is a major skill) and thus you can easily get levels with almost nothing but speed ups, as for security it has little effect if you do it manually and no effect if you have the skeleton key.
Just look at my athletics, and you'll see why you are wrong here, and the skeleton key makes everything too easy, and I only use it to give to Martin when he need daedric artifact...

Now, it appears that everything you said here Sanguine, is ONLY important if the person you are talking to give a rat's... rear end about efficient leveling and that stuff. To me, it is stupid. I don't enjoy the game after I know EVERYTHING I FIGHT, even on max difficulty, will be taken out without me even really trying. It gets old.
Dragour wrote:Ok if you like that character how it is and don't mind the 'fair flaws' then good for you... but seriously, trying to restrain myself from pointing out every weakness is killing me!
Ok just one, why security as a major?
Also, Dragour, it seems quite apparent why someone would select security as a major.... Its an RPG, and people roleplay. If I'm roleplaying as a theif, I really don't want anything but stealthy skills as my major ones, because that just doesn't make any sense. Yes, I know you can level up any skill without it being major, blah-blah, and skeleton key solves all thievery needs, but it is still quite obvious why one would pick a stealth skill for a stealth character/assassin/thief(and in burrito's case, hitman so close enough :P ). Remember: it is an RPG, friends. An RPG. Also, you know the whole thing with Oblivion in the first place has always been "Do whatever you wanna do, be whatever..." etc. so, why should you possibly care?

Hence why I was saying if they like it as that (for whatever reasons) then good for them, I said nothing about it being a skill they should never have

Indeed... lol, all else aside, your signature is absolutely awesome... Except, wasn't it Tucker and Church who were talking during that? Ah, I suppose I better post something relevant so this isn't improper...

Stealthh, you have more gates closed than my character, and I do not know what artifacts are either... I've been trying to figure that one out for a while now. Anyone know of a location in the site where we can find that info?

Name: Sniffs-the-Ground
Race: Argonian
Level(currently):5
Class: Assassin(standard)

Skills: The default assassin skills, I dont remember so I dont want to lie to everyone, but i most often use Marksman and Sneak, and Alchemy I suppose.

First argonian character ever, and i have morrowind and had it for years. Love the argonian assassin, tried a bosmer assassin and didnt like it, good thief, not good assassin(for me at least).

Personally I like my argonians name, it was just an amusing thing i thought off and was why i went argonian.

You inspired me to post another one of my characters.

Vodka XI
Male Altmer, level 4
Birthsign: The Mage
Class: Drunk
Major Skills: Mysticism, Restoration, Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Light Armor, idk the last

The Vodka family was a high elf family that originated from a man named Brews Vodka, who originally lived in Cropsford, Cyrodiil. After striking it rich selling shower curtains, Brews sold Cropsford and left to Valenwood, where he established his manor slightly off the coast, conveniently off the map, and named it Vodka Island. He also met his wife, Wine. He had a son named Whiskey Vodka II who managed to multiply his fortune and bought several other manors all over Tamriel. After a long period of time Martini Vodka X and his wife Tequila had their son, but when Martini attempted to name their son, he vomited, and passed out, making it so Vodka XI doesn't have a first name.

Name: Sparrow (my wife named him :D )
Race: Orc (male)
Birthsign: Thief
Class: Soul Breaker (Custom)
Spec: Combat

Majors: Hand-to-Hand, Illusion, Mysticism, Armorer, Acrobatics, Mercantile, Alchemy

Most of the majors were chosen to control leveling, but Mysticism and Illusion are real mains.

Am very much enjoying this character. He basically runs using Illusion to hide himself and charm other using Myst to see where they are, then kills them with a big sword, and traps their soul.

He's not developed yet but...

Lloyd-Breton(+50 MP, 50% Magic Resist)
GP: Dragon Skin-Temporary 50% increase to AR
Custom Class: Dragoon
Birthsign: Mage(+50 MP)
Specialization: Combat
Favored Attributes: Endurance, Luck
Major Skills:
Armorer
Blunt
Alchemy
Destruction
Light Armor
Marksman
Speechcraft

If you can't tell he will be built as an efficient character. Can level up 51 times. Max level will be 52, unless increased through jail time. Mainly the minor skills will be used instead of Major. Will add mundane ring to give magic immunity as well as give chance to reflect spells. Other ring will be Ring of Vitality to give status immunity. Amulet may be changed for sit. ability such as night eye otherwise will have +50 MP. Armor pieces will be enchanted with reflect damage while rest of equipment(probably one piece) will have +50 MP. Will use magic and bow/stealth attacks to support melee which will be a blade. Character will increase END every level until maxed along with LCK and one other attribute, two once END is maxed. Once all but LCK is maxed will do Addiction quest to further increase attributes. Will use The Path of Shadow from The Oghma Infinium. Will work in END boost from KOTN DLC (Mara's Blessing).

I'm new to this site. Hi all!

I just got Oblivion GOTY (I had it when I got my PS3 but didn't like it, but do now after playing Fallout 3) again.

Name: Olivia

She has military hairstyle, looks very sexy.

Female Breton
The Warrior
Cleric class (custom)
Endurance, Strength
Blunt, Hand to Hand, Heavy Armour, Acrobatics, Mercantile, Marksman, Alteration.

I wish I'd taken Light armour over Heavy (just started finding Dwarven lol) and Mysticism over Alteration.

I level up using the 5, 5, 1 method. I have 75 strength and endurance right now (Level 7). I put majors that I don't use, which has worked nicely. I usually get 1 level in Mercantile by accident per level, and 2 or so in Alteration and Acrobatics. I'm fine about Acrobatics, as I want Journeyman, but I didn't plan on using Alteration so much lol! It is my second highest skill!

So far I've got the two +5 bonuses for every level.

The skills I really use in questing/dungeons are: Blade, Block, Armourer, Light Armour, Restoration, Destruction, Illusion (light spell lol, haven't bothered to get night-eye yet!) and a bit of Sneak where nessecary.

I'll post the backstory etc tomorrow, got to go right now.
I play LBP! PSN: dkjestrup, play my Sonnet of the Gargoyle level!
