Today was sucked up by going to the Swap Meet. And I made commentary on everything to myself.
First off, it was nice. We mainly went for shirts. But, like always, it turned into something... different.
We first looked at a whole bunch of things. And walking down large outdoor "aisles" if you will. There was a guy with an invention, that, you would get a truck, lower the back door part of it, and get this contraption that made a bench.
EVERYONE seemed to like it. I guess I didn't find the use in it. Of course, I thought "If he had Billy Mayes he could make
millions.
We pushed further on and saw an "As Seen on TV" booth. "As Seen on TV" are the people majorly responsible for things like the "Shamwow!" Commercial, Kaboom!, and so on. Flea market products.
We passed by a booth about Star Wars, and other things. Figures littered the tent walls (if you can call them walls...) and I thought two things:
"My history teacher would love this place." (He's a Star Wars fan.) and;
"I should ask if he's on the UESP." He seems like he would. :p
I then got a Pepsi, a damn good Pepsi.
We then walked into a Clothing shop. With AWESOME shirts.
I got my own "1UP" shirt, A Sergeant Peppers and the Lonely Hearts Club shirt, and then a funny Homer T-Shirt which I can't explain in words. We pushed onward.
At this time I thought I needed a few coconuts for a reenactment of, dun-duh-da-duh! Monty Python. But then again, I was with my parents, so I decided not to look for them.
We then were in a sandal booth for half for about 22 minutes. I didn't get anything, my parents were trying on sandals. Grr...
Then, when we walked out, my mom got attracted to another Jewerly booth. Me and my dad pushed onwards to another Clothing Booth, but then went back to my mom who was deciding between a Red or Blue Necklace. She then bought the thing. I thought only one thing.
That guy has a GREAT Barter skill. No really, I thought that. Another Fallout 3/Oblivion IRL moment...
We went onwards, got some shorts, and onwards.
We went onwards, went in an RV on display. Pretty cool. We then walked down and hooked around. I tried to a void a certain booth, because it had a Hustler promotional poster. Seriously, why the HELL did they have that? I could see a kids booth not to far...
Walking down, I saw a some skin care thingy sponsored by Oprah. Oprah wasn't there, but there was a sign that had Oprah on it. Well, it wasn't a sign, it was more like a 10x11 printer paper with Oprah on it and saying that she talked about this product on her show. I also noticed something:

Nothing yet?

THEY RIPPED THEIR LOGO OFF OF A GAME. HOW PROFESSIONAL. GRAHHHH.
We then had good BBQ. Yum. Briscuit sandwich, FTW. I also ate a Churro prior to that.
We then walked up and got a deal on some vegetables and fruit. Then I saw a clothing booth with shirts of some bands. Like the Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who. All good, and all, but they didn't have System of a Down. So I walked away.
And that was it.
