Strong Flares (better than the normal flare that you get in the beggining)
Or try the shock spell that does 40 dmg or 25dmg they work well for me :D

According to the wiki they have a weakness to shock (like all daedra, except storm attronarchs, who are immune to shock), but resist fire and can reflect damage.

I'd say, go with a shock spell.

hah, no! as i said the clannfear are annoying me so much i'm about to take my anger out on my house! it's weird that they are so hard to kill... i dread those more than anything else in an oblivion gate. spriggans are also an absolute pain in the arse.

Spriggans are weak to fire, so a nice fireball should do the trick.
I used to play Oblivion, then I took an arrow in the knee.

If I could actually use those torture chambers you find in some basements, Spriggans would be the first to get the special treatment by my hands! (Next up would be either Liches or Zombies; hate those critters!!!)

I find using the weakness to element and magicka stacking wipes every thing out.

Elven short sword, grande filled soul gem.
Shock damage ~12pts
Weakness to shock 100% 2s
Weakness to magicka 100% 2s

3-4 swipes wipes anything out

Oh, one can have so much fun with destruction magic.

If you are a master and have enough magicka, try a weakness to magic + frost 100% for a couple of seconds, followed by a frost damage 100 for 2 secs. Kills even a Storm Attronach instantly. Not a surprise, it does 800 damage. Of course, if you use shock damage instead of frost, you do even more damage to daedra. I had to use the frost spell, though, because Storm Attronachs are immune to shock.

The weakness spell (for 5 seconds) costs 12 magicka, the frost damage spell 109 magicka, if I remember correctly. Both spells are on touch.

I still have to think about something for Xilivais, though, as they can absorb magic.
