How Would I Get Into Mournhold?
How Would I Get Into Mournhold?
I have become extremely frusturated after hours of searching. I have yet found out exactly how to get there. Would anybody be able to tell me by how I would get there?
And is it different than the XBox version? (I have both and would like to know how to get there on both).
Thanks in advance!
Sorry for the stupid question as well.

Uh, no, it's not any different. And I'm pretty sure this is addressed in the Tribunal section of the website. http://www.uesp.net/w/index.php?title=T ... arting_Out

Try resting in an open space, ie one not in a town.
Following that, it's pretty self-explanatory. Speak to a Guard to be directed to Apelles Matius, then he'll tell you to speak to Asciene Rane. She'll be able to send you over there.
I can't believe I can remember that from memory. Even the names. I'm so sad.

it can happen any time. that was one of the main complaints when the expansion/GOTY was released, because it made you awesome at the beginning of the game. you kill hte assassins, and sell their gear for more money than you should be allowed to have at that point in the game. the first few levels should be about your struggles to survive on petty cash and low-cost loot.
having the money (or good light armor) made it too easy off the bat.
as for mournhold, I think thats already been covered. I think the person who transports you is in Ebonheart but I may be wrong. its a chick who looks like a mage. to get back, go to the same room you arrived in, and talk to the argonian.
also, about the assassins, its kinda weird. I got attacked like...maybe once or twice, and then never again. and not since, and I've finished the main quest in the main xbox GOTY. though I DID get woken up by countless ash zombies.

I think the Tribunal manual claims that you need to sleep outdoors to initiate the Dark Brotherhood attack, but it's happened to me both indoors and outdoors. I think I remember an attack at the Mages Guild in Balmora.
But don't quote me on that. Anyhoo, after being attacked, you should scoot off to Ebonheart where you'll find some new military dude on the battlements. He'll direct you towards Asciene Rane (sp?) who can teleport you to Mournhold. I don't know if you have to talk to him or can just go straight to her and teleport without talking to the military dude (can't remember his name)
KM.

To get to Mournhold you have to be lv.6 and you should be attacked by th dark brotherhood shortly after, indoors or outdoors, then you report it to a gaurd whom directs you to someone in ebonheart, whom directs you to a mage chick in a blue-red robe to get teleported to Mournhold.
Got it yet?
