Phyisics

I suppose the new physics engine on Oblivion will mean no more stacking items like in Morrowind :(.

Not that I'm complaining, but alas, no making bridges with books...

I don't know the specifics of how the Havoc physicis work but going from how it was in Half Life 2 you probably won't be able to make things like book bridges exactly like in Morrowind.

I do imagine you can 'build' things to a certain extent but they must be stable according to their center of mass so they don't tip or fall over. This just may mean you need more books to build your bridge (and may even be more challenging and fun in the process).

Don't items disappear in OB anyway? I remember in MW finding items i'd dropped from months ago, I don't think it's so in OB . . . but then again I haven't played it long enough to know.

Now that's a perculiar image...

I was swamped by Clanfears and a couple of Deadra!!!
How I wish dismemberment was an option, "hung, drawn and quatered" would have been too good for them (Yes it took me quite a while to get them all to die nicely).

where can I find screenshots from book bridges, would like to see that, never done that or heard about that before ... also ... when you do crazy stuff with physics in oblivion, make screens and post them, maybe we can make a thread for that :)

I have heard that paintbrushes can be used as ladders. Haven't tried it myself though.

Yes, they can, though that's a rather tedious task. I mean, easy to fall. Not much of a foothold if you get what I mean.

‘Twas an odiferous song
People sang before long
They had enough of his full crescent moons.
