What was happening was a retard bot called Papa Smith came in and flooded the forums with the same topic, posting in all existing topics as well, with rude messages. He had taken up about 2 pages of the Oblivion forum and a few posts in general. That was until captain Codex came and solved the problem

Woah, that's something.

I think this can only mean more protection of spam bots, but maybe malicious users.
This attack must have been planned since the immensity of the attack. Perhaps some group wants UESP down, since it has been on the rise lately.
