bandits at roxey inn. will they come back?

hi all

i went to the roxey inn previously, after some quest. there i found some bandits (i nkow this because one of them has a not telling someone to go to a "ruin") and they were wearing wiked gear. usng the grey cowl, and by manipulating a soldier, i killer them all, but i dodnt have enuf encumberance. then people started chasing me. so i loaded a save, went back to my house, put away stuff and went there again. but the bandits had left.

has this happened to any1 else? and will they come back for me to kill?

Those fellows are part of Umbacano the Collector quest, u dun need kill em at inn to get their stuff jus do quests for umbacano and at some point u can get their stuff if u want. Btw the archer khajit is great source for arrows =D And i dun think they leave the inn untill u do the collector quest
