When you say you reset data do default, does that mean you disabled all your mods? Or that you actually removed the files from your Data folder?

@Deandra
I clicked reset to default on the data screen.. So I think it might just be my game :'( Its weird thought because I can play the game aslong as I dont press Tab... I might just reinstall the game..

For future reference, when asking about problems with a mod or mods, it's really helpful if you explain which ones you are using.
Help? Help with what? They don't make a cure for stupid. You'll just have to play through the game all over again. - Butterknife

Alt+Tabbing in Oblivion is usually a bad idea, but glad you got your problem fixed!
