Skyrim bug causing skills to level up instantly
I have started a new playthrough and the skills just level instantly, I hit a guy one time and one-handed goes up, I crouch one time and sneak goes up. I loaded various old saves and the same thing happens. I uninstalled and re-downloaded the game twice and it still happens. Googling the issue suggest it can happen as a result of mods, but I don't have any mods, I never got into that. Have you guys encountered this and know how to fix it?

I have a similar experience when I legendary a skill, and then notice how the 15-to-16 level-up is a lot quicker than the previous 99-to-100 was.
I'm assuming what you're seeing is something more than that.
Does it only happen for the first few level-ups on a skill? If you crouch 40 times, will it level from 15 to 55?
I'd encourage you to triple-check the "I don't have any mods" part, especially if you've used them in the past. Also, have you tried on a different computer? And is this a steam-installed version where (I imagine/suspect) you get a version linked to your username each time you install, or is it a more anonymous version? (maybe the GOG version has less user tracking) I'm wondering if this kind of bug could be tied to your account.
