How to make a custom Summon NPC spell

Hi there.

I've been trying to make a Summon NPC spell on my own and I'm facing difficulties.

First of all I can't find the Dremora Lord NPC for summoning in the Construction Set. Does anyone know where can I find it?

Also, any more info about how to add more NPC's (not just Dremoras) is welcome.

I believe adding new spell effects is a technical limitation and is not possible through the Construction Set.
