High Rock Mission - missing texture

On entering the High Rock Mission in Old Ebonheart I get error messages:
TES3Stream Warning: Model "Meshes\Sky\n\Sky_Ingred_BjouRose.nif" tex not found "textures\tx_skyrim_rose_01.dds"!
and a Texture Load Error.
